Refunds & Returns Policy
Please note that I require a 20% cancellation fee on all orders once placed. Orders become ineligible for cancellation once they have begun to process. Due to the personal nature of these items, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be made under any circumstances. By making a purchase you agree to my full terms and conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
How It Works
You are responsible for shipping and related costs of sending your breast milk or other personal inclusions to me. I cannot be held responsible for milk lost at the hand of mail carriers. You will receive an email once your finished piece has been shipped.
I ask for approximately half of an ounce of (thawed or fresh) breast milk to complete your order; however, I can work with as little as 5ml. I also kindly request that you do not send me any more than 30ml (1 ounce), as I do not have the room to store it. I can typically craft 3-4 small keepsakes with 15ml of preserved breast milk.
No leftover breast milk will be returned to you, rather it will be labeled with your name once preserved and stored for up to 12 months in case of future orders by you. Please visit the FAQ page for more information regarding shipping your breast milk.
